Voces Armónicas Xöömij: 2/37.- Litang Horse Festival, Khampa woman outfit -Litang is located in the old Tibetan region of Kham. At an altitude of 13,500 feet (4100m) it is one of the highest towns in the world. --In the picture is one of the Khampa ladies participating in the parade. Local people come to the Festival to show off their best clothes and jewels.
